In fact, it still feels like one—hooded Belvedere hair dryers and all. It also serves some really delectable food, whether you’re on a brunch day-date or looking for a fun dinner-and-cocktails spot. The Bloody Mary and eggs Sardou combo is a brunch favorite, and the cast-iron-roasted whole fish with grilled sweet corn, cotija, aioli and cayenne salt is a highlight of the dinner menu.

The Majestic Grille
Located in the heart of Downtown Memphis, The Majestic Grille is a modern American steakhouse with a fun 1940s-inspired ambiance. Built in 1913, the venue served as a silent movie house for many years, and it still hosts classic movies, dance shows, art performances and music to this day. Meanwhile, the kitchen turns out outstanding New York strip steaks, filet mignon and bone-in rib eye, plus some delicious seafood options.
