Liz Love
Founder, Simply Liz Love & Sagacious University
Some people talk about change. Liz Love helps you actually make it! As a speaker, coach, and author, she works with individuals and communities on the kind of transformation that shows up in real life. She’s part of the quiet network of Memphians doing the work that lifts this whole city, one person at a time. That’s soul you can’t always see, but you can feel it change a room.
Liz Love built her platform out of loss and resilience, and today that work happens right here in Memphis. She’s the founder of Simply Liz Love and Sagacious University, working with individuals and communities across the city on the kind of change that actually sticks, in how someone leads, shows up for their family, or finally chases what they’ve been circling for years.
A decade ago she launched Essence of a Woman, a peer mentorship program supporting young Memphis women’s academic, mental, and spiritual growth. It’s still running today. Through her sister project Beauty Crusaders, she pairs her work as a licensed esthetician with coaching and speaking, because she doesn’t separate looking good from feeling whole.
Her keynotes and Sagacious University trainings range from emotional preparedness in life’s transitions to The 20 Year Plan, a guide built from her own life as an Army spouse for winning at career, marriage, and family on the military’s timeline. She’s raising her son here with her husband, Michael, an Army Engineer officer.
It’s the kind of soul you can’t photograph, but you can feel it the moment it changes a room.
