MEMPHIS, Tenn. — Memphis is considered a top city to live and work in as a moviemaker in 2021.

“Movie-Maker Magazine” ranked the bluff city as 16th out of 25 cities across the U.S. and Canada.

The cities were chosen based on surveys, research on tax incentives, recent productions, and how they are coping with the pandemic.

The top three cities on the list are Albuquerque, Atlanta, and Austin, Texas.
