Shelby Farms Park is a vast and beautiful urban Park, activity center and community hub located in the heart of Memphis. At 4,500 acres, Shelby Farms Park is one of the largest urban parks in the nation,(and more than likely the only one with its own herd of Buffalo) that features over 40 miles of trails, great for biking, running, walking, and hiking, as well as more than 20 beautiful bodies of water perfect for fishing, and relaxing by the shore. The Dixon Gallery & Gardens is one of the more unique outdoor destinations in Memphis.
