The Greater Memphis Chamber is looking ahead. The organization has launched a national search for its next president and CEO, forming an executive search committee and hiring Jorgenson Pace, a Greensboro, North Carolina-based executive search firm, to lead the process.
The search committee includes Chamber interim president and CEO Duncan Williams, along with Micheal Cristal (Kroger Co.), Jason Gillum (JAG Investment Firm), Jay Keegan (Adams Keegan Inc.), Tammy Lacoscio (First Horizon), and Jason Yarbro (Butler Snow LLP), bringing together some of the city’s top business leaders to help guide the hire.
Williams described the moment as a major inflection point for the city. “Memphis stands at an extraordinary inflection point, with unprecedented capital investment flowing into our region, transformative industries taking root, and a business community more ambitious than ever,” he said. He added that the Chamber is looking for “a bold, unifying voice who can build trust across business, government, and community” and help write “the next great chapter” of the city’s story.
The search follows the Chamber’s recent momentum, including the Digital Delta initiative that positioned Memphis as a hub for major tech and data center investment, and a 2025 Chamber of the Year title. Whoever steps into the role next inherits a city with serious wind at its back.
Interested candidates can apply directly through Jorgenson Pace or by visiting the Chamber’s website.
