The Memphis industrial market continues to be one of the strongest in the nation, according to an August 2022 report from CBRE.
According to the report, which highlighted the top 100 industrial real estate sales for the first two quarters of 2022, Memphis was the ninth-best industrial real estate market in the country. Memphis saw four leases totaling four million square feet during the first half of 2022.
In total, there were 37 warehouse leases of at least one million square feet between January to June 2022 compared to 24 during the same span in 2021.
