The Hyde Family Foundation has awarded $1.5 million in grants to 15 Memphis-based organizations, supporting projects that strengthen education, arts and culture, neighborhoods and public spaces, and leadership and civic pride. Each initiative aims to advance three key outcomes: access and opportunity, citywide connectivity and vibrancy, and visionary leadership.

“Our mission is to build a thriving, unified Memphis for all,” said Barbara Hyde, Chair and CEO of Hyde Family Foundation. “These grants reflect our belief in the power of local leadership, creative collaboration, and bold ideas to transform our city. We’re proud to support partners who are making Memphis more equitable, vibrant, and connected every day.”

Since its founding in 1992, the Hyde Family Foundation has invested over $250 million in Memphis. A complete list of current grantees is available on the Foundation’s impact area pages.
