Memphis is ALIVE in June!! Pride Month, Black Music Month, and Juneteenth all collide in the most vibrant way. From block parties and parades to fashion runways and concerts, this city is alive with celebration, culture, and unapologetic joy. There are countless ways to celebrate this month, but here are 5 events you can’t miss:

🌈 Pride Fest Weekend with @midsouthpride (June 5–8) This 4-day celebration honors 50 years of Memphis LGBTQ+ pride with parades, drag shows, silent discos, and more.

🎤 Juneteenth Concert (June 19) @tappedin901 is throwing an all-women, all-star lineup at the historic @newdaisytheatre. Come honor Black freedom, expression, and excellence.

🎶 Summer Soulstice (June 21) A cultural block party celebrating House + Hip-Hop, hosted by @nicooooooooo_ & @groovy_gratitude at @grindcitybrew. DJs, wellness, movement, and soul.

👟 Concrete Canvas Fashion Show (June 22) @brezay__ brings streetwear to the riverfront. Expect bold fashion, live performances, and raw Memphis creativity at @memriverparks on Mud Island.

👑 Queer Prom (June 28) Hosted by @outmemphis — it’s not high school prom, it’s your chance to show up, shine, and dance the night away with your community.

🕊️ @clayborn_temple is more than bricks and stained glass—it’s the soul of Memphis history.

On April 28, a fire damaged the beloved Historic Clayborn Temple, a sacred site of resilience and remembrance. While the flames may have touched its walls, the spirit of Clayborn lives on in us—in every voice that still says I AM A MAN, in every step we take together toward justice, unity, and love.

We are standing in full support with Anasa Troutman, @thebigwe, and the entire Clayborn Temple family - grieving, remembering, and holding space for what rises from the ashes. This is not the end, but a powerful call to remember who we are and to reimagine what’s next—together.

Join us Tuesday, May 28 from 4:30–6:30 PM at Clayborn Temple for “Remember & Reimagine”, a community gathering to honor Clayborn’s legacy, mourn our loss, and dream forward.
