Memphis is vibrant with coffee shops and Memphis coffee roasters that serve caffeinated goodness from the most basic to the more complex. The changing of the seasons means new menu offerings that feature favorite fall flavors, such as Pumpkin and Eggnog.

Vice & Virtue + Hustle & Dough
Local brands Vice & Virtue and Hustle & Dough come together to create an intimate neighborhood coffee bar at ARRIVE Memphis. Their all-day bakery and cafe in downtown has the best hot chocolate and a full-scale sourdough bakery operation, selling retail breads, pastries, and “bread-focused” snacks, such as a delicious french toast. This fall, customers can enjoy the classic Bourbon Mocha, made with Blue Note Bourbon barrel- aged espresso with steamed milk and house made cocoa.
Muggin Coffeehouse
Muggin Coffeehouse, is located off of Elvis Presley Blvd. It is the first locally-owned coffee shop in the Whitehaven community. They offer a variety of drip coffee, espresso drinks, nitro coffee, baked goods, and ground coffee by the pound. A good fall drink that’s comforting and warm is a, A Hug And A Mug latte, which is oat milk steamed with honey and espresso.
Bluff City Coffee & Bakery
The independent craft coffee roaster, Bluff City Coffee & Bakery, has two locations, one in Cooper Young and one in Downtown Memphis, each with the mission of serving love one cup at a time. The regular coffee menu includes espresso drinks, blended drinks and cold brew. Its from-scratch bakery serves sweet goodies like poptarts, scones, ooey gooey cookies, muffins and brownies.
Ugly Mug
Ugly Mug is a coffee shop that serves locally roasted, Memphis inspired coffees. The cafe features brewed coffee, espresso, and frappés along with some breakfast and lunch items. This cafe is the only local shop with a drive-through window which is perfect for the fall and winter time. You can also find Ugly Mug Coffee in grocery stores and coffee shops around the Mid-South.
French Truck Coffee
French Truck Coffee is a cozy cafe that serves espresso drinks, French-pressed coffee, cappuccinos and lattes, as well as tea and baked goods are available, too.
