Known as Chef Mo, she has built a reputation for her creative and delicious dishes that honor tradition while pushing the boundaries of Southern cooking. As a local restaurateur, she is also committed to hiring and mentoring people from the community, fostering a thriving food scene. Her love for Memphis and its people is evident in her work, from her innovative dishes to her dedication to the community.
