When heâs not spending a late night in the studio, you can find Boo popping up at shows all over the city â and this week, we know exactly where heâll be on Friday night.
Booâs guest pick for WAMM is Acting Natural, an NYC-based rock band heâs been working with right here in Memphis at Royal. Their debut self-titled EP, released in 2017, got them instant attention from iHeartRadio â they did a live session at the iHeart HQ in NYC and played the iHeart festival in Las Vegas, joining the national Jingle Ball tour shortly thereafter.
What theyâve been working on with Boo at Royal will become their debut full-length â we just might hear previews of whatâs to come when they take the Levitt Shell stage Friday night. This is part of the Shellâs free concert series, so pack up your lawn chairs and blankets and something good to eat and get there for showtime at 7 p.m.!
