Giveaway Rules


By submitting an entry to the Giveaway , you acknowledge that you have read and agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of We Are Memphis, and that you satisfy all eligibility requirements.

The Giveaway is open to all humans age 18 or older at time of entry who are legal residents of the United States of America. Employees of We Are Memphis (the “Sponsor”), its respective parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, distributors, merchants involved with this Giveaway, and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible to enter or win. Giveaway governed by United States law. Giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited by law. No purchase necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not improve your chances of winning.

By submitting an entry for this contest you are giving We Are Memphis permission to share your entry on social media, use your entry as part of its website content, out-of-home and display advertising, posters and any other usage associated with the COVI-19 campaign. All entries will not recieve any monetary compension for the re-use of their submission at future dates.

HOW TO ENTER

Email your custom meme to [email protected] with the subject line “Meme competition” and a link of your meme on a social media platform. 

DEADLINES

All memes must be submitted by email to [email protected] by Friday, May 1st. Voting will take place from Monday May 4th – Tuesday, May 5th. The winner will be announced Wednesday, May 6th on social media and contacted via email.

PRIZES & APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUES

Prize includes: $500 gift card. If winner is unable to receive payment then prize will be forfeited, and an alternate winner may be selected in accordance with these Official Rules from among the remaining eligible entries for that prize. Prizes may not be transferred or assigned except by Sponsor.

Winner may also have their entry as part of its website content, out-of-home and display advertising, posters and any other usage associated with the COVI-19 campaign.
