This $55 million project in Memphis’ South Main District will redevelop Downtown’s historic Central Station and its surrounding area. The Central Station tower is being renovated into a 123-room boutique hotel and while the Powerhouse is being transformed into a seven-screen Malco Theatre and the existing Downtown Farmers Market will be reconfigured to include more space for vendors. The project also includes the Southline at Central Station apartment complex. With upscale features and within close proximity to the Downtown Farmer’s Market and South Main Arts District, this complex is the epitome of walkable and bikeable.
