Two Memphians selected for Harvard fellowships

Harvard University’s Graduate School of Design has announced this year’s round of fellows for its upcoming Loeb Fellowship, and it includes two Memphians.

Derwin Sisnett, co-founder of Maslow Development Inc. and Gestalt Community Schools, and Shamichael Hallman, senior library manager of Cossitt Library, will join a cohort of seven other individuals working across the globe in areas of activism, horticulture, technology, architecture, visual arts and more.

The nine 2023 Loeb Fellows were selected from 131 candidates and join a global network of more than 450 lifelong Loeb fellows.
