Airport adds Spirit, flights to LAX, Vegas, Orlando

Spirit Airlines is literally flying into the Memphis market, and it’s bringing three new nonstops with it.

Memphis International Airport announced Tuesday, Dec. 14, that the Miramar, Florida-based airline is launching nonstop service to Las Vegas McCarran International Airport and Orlando International Airport on April 20 and daily flights to Los Angeles International Airport beginning June 8.

Spirit Airlines becomes the ninth airline serving Memphis International, and the first new airline to service the Bluff City since 2017.
