The Edge of Germantown Apartment Homes

It also comes with a number of amenities, including a fitness studio, picnic area, tennis court, and clothes care center — plus pets are welcome. It also allows for online payments, has a swimming pool and access to Shelby Farms Green Line. There are both one- and two-bedroom floor plans.

Gayoso House

This apartment community is located right in the heart of downtown and gives you the kind of access you might like if you want to easily walk to everything downtown Memphis has to offer. Nearly every apartment is unique, and there are over 32 unique floor plans. As the Gayoso House was originally a hotel (Gayoso Hotel) that ran from 1842 to 1948, the main draw to the apartment is the building itself.

The Tennessee Brewery

The Tennessee Brewery building is over 125 years old, so much like the Gayoso House you’ll have architectural interest in the building and most units do feature unique design elements you’re not going to find in other buildings.

This building has both one- and two-bedroom units. Some of the community amenities include a private courtyard, greenspace, fitness facility, 351 covered parking spaces and access to Butler Park. Each unit has gourmet kitchens with granite countertops, a washer and dryer included, wood-style flooring, 9 to 10 foot ceilings in the new construction areas, plus expansive closet space.
