Art Bazaar with Son.Person, Anon the Mouse, Dior Hefner, Chinese Connection Dub Embassy, Fosterfalls, Celest, Tkemet, Geepmane, Ammp, and DJ Space Age
12:00 P.M. Sunday, July 3
Art Bazaar is an annual art festival that routinely uplifts local Memphian fashion designers, artists, and musicians. Geepmane, Son.Person, Anon the Mouse. and countless others upcoming Memphis artists are included on Art Bazaar’s unbelievably stacked lineup. The festival will have the musicians playing from 12 to 8PM, so visitors are encouraged to stop by at any time to check out the local art and live music! The event is also hosting a fashion show with outfits created by promising local designers. If you’re interested in seeing what the creatives of Memphis are making, head over to the Black Lodge!

Overton Park Shell
Celisse is an artist that has been in nearly every avenue in the industry. She has performed alongside Kesha at the Grammy Awards, on Broadway in performances of Wicked, and even as the vocalist for Trey Anastasio’s (Phish) band Ghosts of the Forest. Now, she is performing her soulful blend of blues and r&b at the historic Overton Park Shell as a part of the venue’s free concert series. You can listen to her performance while enjoying some food from the venue’s selection of food trucks, including Pok Cha’s Egg Rolls, Deli Midtown, and Champs!
Yubu and the Ancient Youth featuring a special Stax Tribute

Yubu and his accompanying band the Ancient Youth are incorperating the rootsy blues attitude associated with Memphis with the sonics of reggae and afrobeat, down-beat rhythmic strums of a guitar with soulful organ keys. What culminates together is an incredibly groovy and captivating mix of tight songs fit for the summertime. What could be better to spend a Saturday night then catching a wonderful show full of warm, comforting vibes? They will also be preforming a tribute to legendary soul label Stax, so this will surely be a performance not to miss!
The Elements w/ El Da Sensei, DJ Hush, Virghost and Duke
8:00 P.M., Saturday, July 9
Acclaimed East-Coast emcee El Da Sensei is making his way to Growlers to ehxibit his mastery of boom bap flows. Known primarily for being in the legendary underground hip-hop group Artifacts, the rapper has found a name for himself through his phenomenal display of his golden-age rap flow, while still incorporating more modern styles. He is joined with Memphis turntablist DJ Hush, who will be hosting alongside the emcee. They will also be with Memphis rappers Virghost and Duke. If you’re interested in catching a night full of bars, head over to Growlers on the 9th, you will not be disappointed!
Shaun Martin with special guest The PRVLG

Grammy winning jazz musician Shaun Martin is jamming out at the Railgarten this month. Through his work with Snarky Puppy, Kirk Franklin, and Erykah Badu, Martin has shown his expertise with the keyboard, fender rhodes, moog synthesizer, or nearly any instrument with keys. He is joined with Memphis own The PRVLG, a jazz-funk duo rife full of infectious, southern grooves. Make sure to come and treat yourself to a wonderful night full of jazz-fusion fun down at the Railgarten!
